Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ZipSlot website (zipslot.in), admin dashboard, digital register, or booking software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ZipSlot operates as an individual business / sole proprietorship based in India. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

ZipSlot provides technology tools for sports arenas, turfs, box cricket, badminton courts, and multi-sport venues in India, including:

• Direct online slot booking engines and branded storefront websites.
• Real-time digital register for offline, online, and aggregator bookings.
• Zero-commission payment integration landing funds directly into venue accounts.
• Automated e-ticketing and WhatsApp booking confirmation notifications.
• Venue revenue insights and administrative management dashboard.

To onboard with ZipSlot, you must represent a legitimate sports venue or arena business and provide truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin login credentials and for all activities that occur under your venue account.

ZipSlot offers flat subscription plans (monthly or yearly setup). All pricing is transparent with 0% per-slot booking commission charged by ZipSlot. Payments are billed in Indian Rupees (₹). Renewal billing occurs automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing cycle.

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our official Refund Policy. Specifically:

• Customers are eligible for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of onboarding, provided they have NOT requested any extra changes, mini-features, or customizability in the platform up until that point.
• Requests made after 24 hours or after custom feature changes have been requested are non-refundable.

You agree to use ZipSlot solely for lawful arena management. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit ZipSlot proprietary code or design.
• Use the platform to process fraudulent transactions or deceptive bookings.
• Interfere with platform operations or attempt unauthorized system access.

ZipSlot retains full ownership of all technology, code, branding, logos, and UI components. You retain full ownership of your venue graphics, court logos, and customer register data.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ZipSlot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits arising from service interruptions or third-party network failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
