Refund Policy

At ZipSlot, we believe in complete transparency and satisfaction. We provide a 100% full refund of your payment within 24 hours of your initial onboarding, subject to the following condition:

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• If the refund request is submitted after 24 hours from the time of onboarding.
• If our team has already worked on or implemented any extra change, custom feature request, or custom layout modification requested by you.
• If your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

For ongoing monthly subscription plans, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing cycles. Services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

To claim a refund within the 24-hour eligible window:

1. Send a message on WhatsApp to +91 8279990183 or submit a query through the contact form on zipslot.in.
2. Provide your registered business name, mobile number, and payment transaction reference.
3. Once verified against the 24-hour window and custom request log, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account).
